One Dish Meal – Omlette

leave a comment »

I’m used to eating egg with something else… bread, chapati anything. When I was faced with a decision, go out and get bread, make chapati or be creative, I decided on the latter, here’s what I did:

Ingredients: two eggs, two tablespoons refined flour (maida), half small onion, chopped, coriander leaves (I used dried, prefer fresh), salt.

Method: Beat eggs, add salt onion and coriander… slowly add the flour, make sure no lumps are formed. Fry it like regular omlette.
